• They must ensure all descriptions, prices, and claims made on their profile are truthful, non-misleading, and compliant with NZ consumer protection laws.

The Migrate Hub may remove, modify, or suspend any Service Provider profile that we reasonably believe breaches these obligations or damages the integrity of the Platform.

While we strive to maintain accurate and current information, the Platform may include:

• Content contributed by users and service providers.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of any content, link, or external resource.
